“Parents’ Awakening” is a book about parenting from a psychological and emotional level. “Awakening” means staying awake to everything we experience, accepting and dealing with reality as it is, without trying to control or change it. In other words, when we educate our children, we must follow their nature and accept their true nature. Parents’ awakening and change are the real beginning of education. Only by settling their own bodies and minds can parents help their children grow into healthy people.

The author Dr. Sabari proposed that parents and children are partners in the journey of life, and equality and mutual assistance are the core content of the parent-child relationship. If parents can give up their vanity, sense of self-importance, and desire for control, and respect their children’s nature, they can establish a close and harmonious relationship with their children. If parents are willing to open their minds, learn through practice, and find answers through interactions with their children, they can make progress and expand with their children.
